What to include

1. Where the property is — an address or cross-streets is plenty.
2. What's worrying you — a lean, a crack, thinning leaves, a construction plan, a dispute.
3. A photo or two — phone photos are fine; include the whole tree and a close-up if you can.
4. Any deadline — a permit date, an insurance deadline, a closing.
